Start by adding your unwrapped twinkies, cream cheese, cool whip, and milk to a large mixing bowl. Mix on high until well combined and smooth.

Add in neon green food coloring, while mixing, until the color green you desire is achieved. I used about a teaspoon.

Pour mixture into your plastic cauldron.

Next add ½ a teaspoon of neon green food coloring to your icing, and mix until well combined.

Place icing around the rim of the cauldron and down the side, creating drips, as shown.

Add gummy worms, and candy eyes to the top, followed by white pearl sprinkles. Be sure to cover all your icing in white pearls to create bubbles!

Surround your dip with cookies, pretzels, and graham crackers.

Serve, dip, and enjoy. This little dessert is almost too cute to eat!
