Conversation Heart Cookies
Perfect for Valentine's Day - An easy to make cake mix cookie, with heart sprinkles added into the mix, then baked, and topped with Conversation Hearts.
Equipment
- Measuring cups and spoons
- 1 Large bowl
- Silicone spatula
- Cookie scoop
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper
- Cooling rack
- Cookie spatula
Ingredients
- 15.25 box white cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tbsp heart sprinkles
- 72 conversation hearts candies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Add the cake mix, oil, eggs, and sprinkles into a large bowl, and stirl until a dough forms
- Use a cookie scoop to dro cookies onto the baking sheet, 2 inches apart
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until done
- Remove from the oven, and immediately push 3 conversation heart candies into the center of each cookie
- Transfer the baking sheet to a cooling rack for 2 minutes, then remove cookies to the cooling rack
